Trying to contain the Generator child
Let me start with a little introduction of the global Human Design dynamics of our family. We consist of five members: two Projector parents, two Generator boys (the oldest), and one Manifestor boy (the youngest). The older boys tend to have a lot of energy, they wake up in the morning craving for action, something to occupy themselves with. They are wild, loud, spirited, and strong-willed. Our youngest boy is a born leader, he doesn't take no for an answer and he sets his own course no matter what. I would describe my Generator boys as full of life, almost bursting at the seams, and my Manifestor boy full of power and accompanying rage when something/somebody tries to stand in his way. And then there we are as two Projector parents, soaking up all that activated energy, trying our best to keep up with our own inconsistent and limited energy levels. I believe the latter is a pretty good summary of our current day-to-day life during the holiday season. This brings me immediately to the interesting and profound insight that came to me during the past days.
